Crockpot BBQ Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken (boneless, skinless breasts or thighs) BBQ Sauce Brown Sugar Apple Cider Vinegar Garlic Onion Salt and Pepper

Step 1 

Gather boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, sliced onion, salt, and pepper.

Step 2

Place chicken in the crockpot, then add BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, sliced onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.

Step 3

Cover and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked. Cooking times may vary depending on your crockpot.

Step 4

Once cooked, you can shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks if desired.
